We are considering posting our water and sewer connection fees and related monthly service charges, deposit requirements, etc/ to our Web site. I think that this would save staff time mailing out schedules and would likely decrease phone calls. I would like to know who does this, what fees and charges you post, and whether you think it's worthwhile. Thanks for your input. If I receive more than a few responses, I will send out the results.
