The Town of Truckee is in the process of acquiring
a Town Hall. Part of this process includes looking at the most efficient
method of greeting customers, whether personally or by phone. We are
wondering if there are any consultants who would be able to assist us in
determining what the best method is...central receptionist for personal and
phone contacts, each department handling customers directly with current staff
or a receptionist, voice mail systems, etc.
I would appreciate any information on consultants
who may be able to provide this type of service. I would like to receive
responses by Tuesday, 1/18/00. Thanks so much!
