The City of Brisbane is about to embark on a full-blown city-wide fee study and wants to do this using a consultant. Do any of you out there have sample RFP's for this type of service? If so, I would certainly appreciate receiving a copy of yours. Also, we are doing a sewer-water rate analysis and rate-restructuring. I have RFP's from Foster City, St. Helena, Corona and Cloverdale, but they are all quite different--I would appreciate receiving a few more as examples.
