The Association of Government Accountants is having their annual conference in San Francisco this summer. One session (Wednesday, July 5, from 2:30 pm) will address Best Practices in state and local budgeting. If you would be interested in serving as a panelist please let me know. Panelist will present and discuss innovative, effective, novel budget practices. Seeking 2-3 panelists, with each one expected to make a 10-20 minute presentation, and discuss with and/or answer questions from the audience for another 5-15 minutes.
