Hello everybody, Our city is going to be providing funding of $800,000 for the construction of a library facility. We are required to provide our partners in the project with an irrevocable letter of credit. I am in the process of specifying the conditions under which a drawdown on the letter could occur and would like to get some examples of wording pertaining to the letter of credit. I realize that each situation and conditions are different, but if someone has issued something similar and can fax or e mail me examples that have been used recently, it would be much appreciated.
