El Dorado Irrigation District, located in the beautiful Sierra foothills
(Placerville), is seeking applicants for the position of Human Resources
Officer. This position reports to the General Manager, with a salary range
of $51,168 to $62,192. The successful candidate will receive District
benefits including paid HMO medical plans which covers dependents. In
addition, the District contributes one-half of the employees share to PERS
(PERS 2% @ 55), 11 holidays, 12 days sick leave, up to 5 days administrative
leave annually; vacation benefits on a progressive schedule of 10 days to 25
days based on years of service; a paid life insurance policy ($12,000), and
availability of a deferred compensation plan.
