Since getting on this list I've probably seen 50 surveys done, several of
which I've responded to. Most of these fit the category of good information
that I don't need right now and will probably want when I'm dealing with
this issue in the future. Unfortunately, by then I will have probably
forgotten the source. My only option then is to put these in an electronic
folder and take up computer space or ditto with paper.  My sugestion is to
keep a running page on the CSMFO web site listing all surveys with a icon
for each to open and if appropriate print. The listing should, as a minimum,
have the description of the data,eg. "Comp days allowed" the preparer and
the date the survey was completed. 
I don't need a direct response to this but would like to see some discussion
on the group email if you think this would be a good or bad idea. (Paul,
I've CCed you since I'm not sure if you are on the list.)
