How many of you earn interest on utility deposits? Do you give the interest back to depositor? If so, how the interest rate is calculated? Do you have Ordinance or Resolution for such issue? Is there anyone who earns interest on any sort of utility deposits and not return the interest to the depositor? If so, how is your Ordinance or Resolution stated? Or, How many of you keep the deposit on separate non interest bearing account in order to avoid the hassles of interest handling issue?
