The City of Burbank needs to find out what public agencies have "Collections" personnel. We are looking for job specifications including salary range, department or division organizational structure, how long has the position been on board, what is the benefit in terms of cost of having an in-house collections employee(s) as opposed to contracting out the service and any other info that might be useful.
