One suggestion.  When people send attachments, they should name 
the file so that it has a 3 letter extension that designates the 
type of document or file it is (i.e. CAFR.XLS for Excel spreadsheet, 
CAFR.DOC for Word document, CAFR.PPT for Powerpoint presentation 
file, etc.)

If that isn't done, many e-mail programs don't recognize the file type 
and the recipient must first save it to the hard disk and then open it vs. 
just clicking on the attached file.

Do other people have problems when they open attachments?  Usually some of
it is readable, but then at some point it turns Greek (literally).  Is it
because of different versions of software?
