We are in the process of researching a document imaging system and a records management system (separate systems). I would appreciate a copy of any RFPs you may have used to purchase such systems as well as any insights/advice/recommendations. I realize that such purchases may not always be the responsibility of Finance Departments. If your department is not responsible for such systems but you know that such systems were recently obtained by your City, I would appreciate an email address of the person(s) who were responsible for acquiring such systems for your City.
