know how many of you received this summary the first time I sent it out...
Attached is an excel spreadsheet with the results of my recent website maintenance
survey. We wanted to know if other cities are maintaining their city websites
internally or if they use an outside consultant.
Most cities are maintaining their websites internally. I summarized pros and cons,
and also listed the names of outside consultants if they were provided to me.
