Thanks to the folks at Rancho C. . . . . and Paso Robles who sent a copy of a recent survey on this subject. I had not found this posted on the CSMFO web page with other surveys so that is why I asked the question. I've requested the webmaster to post this survey as it summarizes the practices of 34 agencies as it relates to paying retiree medical costs. So if you are interested in this, it should be posted to the web page shortly.
