The City of Monterey Park is looking at establishing traffic impact
fees to fund transportation improvements within the City which are
related to the incremental traffic burden imposed on the City's traffic
system by the new development of commercial and residential.
I would be interested in receiving a copy of other city's staff
reports, resolutions, or fee formula (methodology) that have adopted
this fee.
Any and all responses will be greatly appreciated.
