Thanks to all who responded to my request regarding Corporate Bonds and
Commercial paper. I now have enough answers. By the way, yes, our
District does have an Investment policy adopted by our Board annually - we
also update it annually before approval and only list those Investments
that we use. We are going to be looking at MTN or Corporate note/bond this
coming year and needed to add this to our policy and I wanted to let our
Board members know exactly what a Corporate bond/note is.
