We are revising the City's employee timecard, and would like to receive sample timecards being used by other cities/agencies. We are requesting timecards which record time distribution between multiple funding sources, i.e., general funds, CDBG funds, gas tax, etc. Please email a copy of your timecard used to account for daily hours worked and reflecting distribution by funding source/program.
