Attached are the responses which I have received to the following
questions:
Does your city require that energy service providers (ESP) obtain a
city business license when the ESP has no physical presence within the
city?
Has anyone dealt with the ESP GreenMoutain.com? They are currently
refusing to pay for a business license in Lakewood because they
believe that their business activity lacks a nexus with the City of
Lakewood.
