In the last couple of months, we have started using a Lexmark printer for printing both payroll and accounts payable checks. We purchased a couple of spare toners only to find out they do not have the necessary chip that tells the printer its a new cartridge as opposed to a refill. The vendor has indicated it will take a few days for shipment and payday is Thursday. If anyone out there is using a Lexmark printer with toner cartridge ST-400059 we would like to find out if we could get one and we will replace it when our shipment comes in.
