First off, on Monday, our Board enthusiastically supported allowing us to go
to our first 2-year budget for the 2001/2002 budget. Many thanks to all of
you who helped me get there!

Prior to the beginning of the budget preparation, I try to get our Board to
adopt a set of budget guidelines which then gives us some direction on
budget increases/decreases, changes or whatever. Do you do that? If so,
could you share with me the type of guidelines your Board/Council has
adopted?
