Yes, it's me again...first, thank you to everyone who has responded to my "benefit value" question.  I am in the process of putting the results together and will send them out to all of you.
 
Now, I have another issue (can you tell we're in negotiations?)...we currently give our mid-management group the same benefits as our general employee group, with the following additional benefits:  1) Tuition reimbursement, 2) increased percentage of dependent insurance premiums paid, and 3) 80 hours of Administrative Leave each year (use or lose).  Our mid-managers feel that there need to be more benefits given to them to further distinguish them from the general employees' group.  What types of benefits do you provide to your mid-managers that are in addition to the general employees' benefits?  Any input would be greatly appreciated.  (For those of you who included that information previously in the health insurance question, you don't need to give it to me again...only new information.)  As alway, thanks so much!!!
