I really did not mean to offend you or anyone else in CSMFO with my response to
Claudia's inquiry as to which cities have done 401(a) plans and who the vendor and
contacts are. I was pretty excited to have something to contribute to the discussion,
and I clearly offended you with my response.
We read CSMFO and other professional association mail and journals every day in an
effort to stay abreast of the issues that stand in the way of efficient, effective
management of California public agencies. PARS offers creative solutions to some of
those challenges. Please excuse my burst of enthusiasm. We generally do respond
individually to relevant inquiries and issues. I got carried away and I apologize.
