Strong financial background with effective communication and interpersonal skills essential. Requires three years of municipal finance experience with preferred direct experience in the investment of public funds and cash management. A bachelor's degree is required with major course work in finance, business, or a related field, with an emphasis in investments and banking, accounting, municipal finance or a related field.
