We are in the process of evaluating our total compensation package for
management employees, and would like information on the following:

1.  Does your agency provide a higher level of benefits or improved
compensation package to your executive management employees (i.e.,
department heads) above and beyond what your other management employees
receive (i.e., bonus plans, matching deferred comp, vehicles, etc.)?

2.  Do you have "at-will" management employees that are not executive level
(department head), and if so, what improved compensation do they receive
above civil service management positions?

I appreciate any detailed information you can provide.  I will share the
results with anyone expressing an interest.
