The City Of Folsom is experiencing considerable growth and would like to
update the assessment management policy for Local Improvement Districts and
Mello-Roos Districts. We would appreciate any feedback we can obtain from
other Agencies for the following:
* Is an outside firm used in the delinquent notification or collection
and foreclosure process?
* If an outside firm is used, what is the cost? If foreclosure
process handled internally, please note your legal dept. contact.
* What method is used to notify property owner of delinquent
installments, and what frequency is used?
* Type of Assessment District(s)
* Number of Parcels
