The City of Santa Barbara is pursuing the annexation of an area (Goleta) that would increase our population by about 75%. This is new to us !
We do not have a Master Tax Exchange Agreement with our County so we will be negotiating a tax exchange agreement "from the ground up."
If you have a tax exchange agreement (master or project-specific) and/or a "services transition plan," for a relatively significant annexation, I would greatly appreciate getting a copy.
