Over the last four to five months the City of Santa Monica has experienced a significant decrease (approximately 25%) in UUT payments from AT&T without an offsetting increase by other carriers. Have other cities also experienced a large decline in UUT payments from AT&T over the last few months? I am trying to determine if it's a city specific problem or an AT&T system wide problem.
