This may seem like an odd question, but it has become quite an issue here. We are in the process of designing our new headquarters building, with ground breaking scheduled for October. As you enter the new building, there will be a customer service waiting area which includes our payment counter. We wanted to have at least glass between the customer and the customer service employee who takes payments/answers questions, and would prefer it to be safety (bullet proof?) glass. However, others in the organization feel this would be a deterrent to true customer service. Their feeling is that the customer and his comfort come first. So, our question is: do you have a payment counter of some sort? If so, can you describe whether you have glass or not or what the layout is like? Thanks!
