I thought there was a survey on this about a year ago, though could not find a 
summary.  Since there is current legislation kicking around, please assist our efforts 
to respond by answering the following questions if you have a TOT:

Do you exempt government employees? 

If so, which groups (federal, state, local)?

What proof do you require to allow exemption?
