Hello again. The City
of Fountain Valley is currently "discussing" a recent ruling made by the IRS
regarding the delivery date of a tape we sent to them. My question is this...has
any city gone through the appeals process with the IRS, if so, who handled the
appeals process (City attorney?) and what was the outcome. Also, for those
cities that were successful, what would you do differently if you had to go
through the process again. Thanks.
P.S. I'll let you
know what our outcome is.
