I am reviewing software from a firm call Procurement Services
Associates which eliminates paper requisitions and paper copies of
P.O.'s. The software also handles contract draw downs from purchase
contracts with various vendors for reoccurring supplies. Does anyone
know of other software solutions that can handle these functions, so
that I can compare?
I am also looking for other consultant firms that are experts in
purchasing with municipal experience. I am especially interested in
eliminating warehousing of supplies through the use of "desk top" or
"just-in-time" deliveries, as well as the use of purchase contracts.
