Our General Manager is due for his evaluation from our Board of Directors. As many of you are aware, we have a very volatile, troublesome, divided, incohesive Board at this time. That being said, they now won't evaluate him until they have a list of criteria, or perfomance measures, or assessment procedures against which to judge him. He has asked me to poll you all to see if any of your agencies have any such criteria for evaluation of General Manager/District Manager/City Manager types.
