Question: Does anyone out there have a policy (written or unwritten) for renting heavy equipment like Backhoes, Dump Trucks, and Generators to other agencies? El Toro Water District is contemplating a formal policy to replace the present "we'll send over what you need, and you can do the same when we need something" policy that works OK, but does nothing for the accounting department.
