If your City/Agency accepts credit cards as a method of payment for services, I would 
appreciate any answers to the following questions:

1. Does your City/Agency assess a transaction fee to the cardholder to cover the cost 
of accepting credit cards?

2. What is the methodology for calculating the transaction fee (ie. flat rate spread 
to all cardholders base on total estimated costs, percent based on dollar amount 
charged etc.)?

3. Is the fee structure different for e-commerce?

I could not find these answers in the Resource Room or on previous surveys posted on 
the website. I'll post the results. Thank you in advance for your response.
