[CSMFO Members] Performance Measures

Thanks to all who responded to my survey on "Budget Performance Measures and
specialized software", esp during budget crunch season. Attached is a
summary of general responses.  While there was some interest in training on
this topic, it was not sufficient to forward on for a "special" session.
Very little info was received on budget software packages.
