On May 25, 2000, I asked CSMFO members for information regarding recently
released RFP's for a Parking Citation Processing Vendor. The responses are
summarized in the attached document. Unfortunately, they were minimal and
did not produce much more than was already captured in the Santee survey
conducted earlier this year. Since budget season was upon us,
understandably, there were many other priorities.
