We don't - yet. We are in the process of selecting a consultant to help us analyze
options, including setting up a storm drainage enterprise fund (like Monterey). If you
don't hear from them, I suggest contacting Don Rhoads in Monterey.

How does your jurisdiction fund NPDES? What are your expenses?
We have a separate charge/tax, and have significant costs ($440k/year for
