The Town of Windsor in beautiful Sonoma County has a monthly community events bulletin and a program whereby banners are allowed at the entrance to Town to publicize community events. Does your city have a written policy that you can share with us that governs the kinds of events that are appropriately publicized by a city without opening the door to any and all organizations that may wish to exercise First Amendment rights?
