Over the course of time, I forward various requests and pieces of
information received from CSMFO - our e-mail hotline - to my colleagues here
in Berkeley. I have recently received several statements of thanks and
appreciation from within the Berkeley organization.
This is pretty rare!! Most of the serial e-mail my colleagues here in
Berkeley see on their desktops is generally viewed with disdain and
irritation...and quickly deleted. That is not so when they see the CSMFO
tag.
Received one communication recently from our City Clerk and another from
Human Resources expressing appreciation for "that great organization you
belong to" and the usefulness of the information we provide each other.
I know it is often a pain to read all the CSMFO e-mail, and to respond to
it, but I have little doubt that it is useful and productive. Thanks!!!!!!
