The City of Santa Monica recently updated its UUT ordinance. This is a
major undertaking that I am sure many municipalities have avoided. With
deregulation, changes in the telecommunications and electric industries
and potential legislative actions taking place it's critical that
municipalities update their UUT ordinances to address these changes. I
received a number of requests for our staff report, updated ordinance
and administrative rules, so I thought I would share them with all CSMFO
member.
