Hello Everyone,
This question is for water utility organizations.
Has anyone been the recipient of a failed water company that was placed in
receivership by the
CPUC. If so, were grants, interestfree loans or improvement disticts established by
the State
prior to you getting the failed utility. If not, how did you handle the expenditures
for
improvements using existing rate payer money.
