The $200 million that was stalled in the conference committee has been released and goes on the floor and the Governor for signature. The $200 M will be distributed on the same formula as last year's $150 million under the AB1661 formula 50% on per capita and 50% on ERAF. The bill did get an odd twist at the end - $10 million was added for counties based on population and $2 M for independent recreation and park and library special districts.
