At the request of our City Manager, I'd appreciate hearing from any on you on two 
topics:

1.  Radio Communications System Evaluation
    Has your City recently evaluated upgrading or replacing your radio communications 
system?
    If so, did you use consultants to do a needs analysis, system design, etc?
    If so, who did you use and were you happy with them?
    Is there someone we could contact for more information?

2.  Government & Public Access Cable Television
    Does your City have a government cable channel?
    If so, does the City operate it, or does someone else operate it for you?
    How do you fund the operations (general fund, franchise fees, etc)?
    About how much do you spend per year?
    Do you have a public access cable channel in your community?
    Who operates the public access cable channel?
    Does your agency contribute to the funding of the public access channel or group 
that operates the channel?
    If your agency contributes money or in-kind services, how much and where does the 
money come from (general fund, franchise fees, etc)?
    Is there someone we could contact for more information?
