The League is supporting Prop 35 as are a number of cities. (Our Council
will adopt a resolution endorsing Prop 35 at their next meeting.)

I think all Carolyn's calls were sent to lobbyists who are trying to follow
up after last night's legislative practically "all-nighter" !

Please feel free to contact me at any time, I am generally around (except
next week when I hope to see many of you at League Annual Conference). The
link above is to the League positions on all ballot measures. If you have
more questions, please let me know.

Hi! It is Carolynn Thomas, Finance Director in Fort Bragg. I have been
trying all morning to talk a live body at the League of CA cities office to
no avail!! Can anyone out there tell me what the Leagues position is on the
Fair Competition legislation and if possible steer me to a copy of some
narrative they have prepared in regards to their position?? Of course I
have waited to the last minute again. Any help will be appreciated!!!
