concepts that were discussed at our last planning committee meeting. We
would like you to send these to all board members and set up a conference
call with the board ASAP.. We'd like to get tentative agreement and /or the
Boards ideas and concerns on the table so that we can present a final
version on 9/15 with a semi final draft of a letter to our commercial
members and exhibitors which will explain the new program.
I've just spoken to Bill Statler and he raised a good point of how does the
League handle its sponsor program. Could you also include some info on the
league's program for comparison?
League Exhibitors and Contributors:
League Exhibition Hall has 10'x10' booth rate is $1475 (govt and approved nonprofits
pay $950) privileges include:
*booth space with draped backwall, side rails and standard sign
*exhibitor and conference credentials (up to 4)
*listing in program, conference issue of Western city, and website
*post conference list of attendees
Note: conference credentials allow attendance in sessions but does not include social
functions. Additional exhibitor badges are $65.

This is an annual year round recognition program with 5 levels:
