Thanks for all the references and offers of your
current policies. I wanted to let everyone know that other than offers of
individual city policies (which I appreciate) the most overwhelming suggestion
was to take a look at the "Local Government Records Retention Guidelines"
developed by the City Clerks Assn of California and adopted by state
legislature.
