A while back I asked for some information on lock box services. Some of you
asked for information on this so, attached is the staff report and
resolution that I put together.
One of the political issues I encountered is that the return envelope goes
to a processing center in Suisun City and is not processed locally. The
envelopes can be addressed to the City and a courier can pick them up to be
delivered to Suisun City. However this is more expensive and will cause a
delay in posting checks to our account.
