The generous leaves we allow have caused a decreasing trend in our overall
"at work" hours.  A large part of that, we've found, is due to bonding
(after a birth, adoption, etc.). 

What types of leaves do you allow (and how much) for an employee wishing to
remain in paid status, particularly for bonding?  Thanks in advance for your
responses.  I will post the results.
