This quick survey is similar to a Deferred Comp Administrator survey done on
8/12/99 but this one is asking for 4 more bits of info.  Your quick input is
appreciated:

1.  How has your City addressed the new regulations affecting your Deferred
Compensation (457) Plan; Specifically:
   a.  What kind of Trust arrangements were established to handle your
deferred comp funds (in-house or third party)? 
   b.  If you have a third party trustee, who is your Trustee? 

2.  How is oversight provided to your deferred comp plan? 
   a.  Is there an oversight committee? 
   b.  Who is on this committee and how are they appointed? 

3.  Does your City Council play a role (direct or otherwise) in providing
oversight/review to your deferred comp plan?
