Sorry I didn't get to this earlier but attached please find a spreadsheet
with info on revenues for all Calif cities for 1996-97. This is another
opportunity for me to recommend the RAND California web site. The site has
extensive data on city finance (more than you will find in the published
annual Controller reports) plus economic, demographic, crime data and more at
http://www.ca.rand.org
There are some pitfalls with per-capita comparisons. I'd be happy to chat
with anyone about those if you're interested.
