The City of Citrus Heights is preparing an RFP to identify a consultant to
conduct a study within our community on specialized programming and facility
needs for teens, seniors, and the community at-large. In addition to
working with a task force and conducting community inventories, we would
like the consultant to look at models from other communities (regionally &
nationally) and to identify creative options that would enable the City to
collaborate with other agencies rather than duplicating services/facilities.
Can anyone recommend any firms that might be good for this type of study?
Any info you have to share would be helpful.
